Who is Required to Purchase a Meal Plan?
All first year Residence Hall students are required to purchase either the All Access or 14 Meal Plan for the first semester. All other residence hall students must select from the 10, or 7 Meal Plans. Students not residing in a residence hall may select any Meal Plan.

If a meal purchase of your choice is more costly than the cash equivalency, then cash or dining dollars or Boro Bucks can be used to cover the balance.

Dining Service Policies

Certain policies and procedures must be followed to maintain a cost effective and efficient dining program. We invite you to select and eat what you like in the dining hall; however removal of china, glassware and utensils are prohibited. The Health Department requires that shirts and shoes be worn in the dining facilities at all times.

The following are essential items regarding the use of your meal card:

4.   Authorized personnel reserve the right to request and review  a Rowan Student ID Card at any time.
